Use folders and rules to organize your inbox on a Mac.
Create a folder

Select your inbox or another folder you want to work with.

Select Organize > New Folder.

Type a name and press Enter.
Create a rule

Select an email that you want to create a rule for.

Select Rules > Create Rule.

Add, remove, or edit the conditions.

When you're ready, select OK.
