No. Copilot in SharePoint's rich text editor does not have access to your documents or Microsoft Graph data, such as emails, chats, and calendars. When you rewrite with Copilot in SharePoint rich text editor, only the text in the editor is considered.

No. Copilot in SharePoint rich text editor does not save your previously edited texts.

No. But you can chat with Copilot in SharePoint by selecting the Copilot button on the upper right of a SharePoint site, page or document library.

• Copilot supports a growing set of languages. The quality is expected to be highest in English, while in other languages the quality is being improved over time. Find more information at Microsoft Copilot supported languages.

• The suggestions from Copilot in SharePoint rich text editor are from AI, and we highly recommend you review the suggestions before accepting them.

• SharePoint rich text editor has a high word limit (around 30,000 words in English), but Copilot currently has a lower word processing limit. Although this limit is increasing, we recommend keeping the total word count in each rich text editor to less than 3,000 words.
