Viva Engage makes it easy to engage with others and keep the conversation going wherever you are.
Post an update

Anywhere you have a publisher window, select it and type a message.

@mention people who'll find the post helpful or interesting. Or, use a hashtag on topics relevant to the message so others discover it.

Upload videos, photos, and documents to your post for context and collaboration. Or, add a GIF to help emphasize your message.
Attach files to your update

Select where you'd like add a file from: your computer, SharePoint, or Viva Engage.

Go to your file, select it, and then select Open.

Select Post to share the update.
Like a post
Acknowledge someone’s point, agree with an idea, or show that what they’re saying is helpful.

Select Like and hover to select a reaction icon.
Write a comment
Add your insights or ask a question.

Select Comment and write a response.
-
@mention people who can contribute to the conversation or may find it useful.

Notify additional people if you like.

Select Post.
Reply to a comment
Respond to someone's comment.

Select Reply and write a response.

@mention people who can contribute to the conversation or would find it useful.

Share a post

Select Share.

Select the destination for your shared post.

Type a message and select Share.
Create a private message
This feature is available if your administrator has enabled private messages for your network. If the Inbox shows no private message option, the feature is not enabled.

From your Inbox, select New private message.

Type your message.

Add recipients and select Post.
