View your own shifts and your coworkers’ shifts on the team schedule in Shifts.

Keep track of all your upcoming shifts on the team schedule.

  1. Open the Shifts app.

  2. If it's your first time in the app, your shifts are the first thing you see. When you're doing other things in the app and need to see your shifts, come back here.

  3. Tap a shift to see its details. From here you can swap it or offer it to a teammate.

See your team's shifts

Check out who’s got a shift on any given day.

  1. On the Shifts home screen, look for your team’s name

  2. Under your team’s name, tap Team shifts  Team shifts button.

  3. Tap the day you’re interested in to see who has a shift.

  4. Tap a shift to see its details. If you’re viewing one of your own shifts, you can swap it or offer it to a teammate.

  1. Open the Shifts app to see your schedule.

  2. If you're on more than one team, you'll be asked to select a team.

  3. By default, you'll see the Your shifts view. ​​​​​​​This view shows only your shifts so you don't have to go through the entire team schedule to get to what you want.

    • To change the timeframe, go to the upper left of the schedule, select the date range, and choose the timeframe you want to view.Change the date range in the schedule in Shifts. You can also use the arrows to change the timeframe.​​​​​​​

    • Use the Day, Week, or Month buttons to quickly narrow or expand your view.​​​​​​​

  4. Select a shift to see its details. From here, you can swap it or offer it to a teammate.

See your team's shifts

Check out who’s got a shift on any given day. Switch to the Team shifts view to see everyone’s shifts on the team schedule.

  1. At the upper-right of the schedule, select View >Team shifts.​​​​​​​

    • To change the timeframe, go to the upper left of the schedule, select the date range, and choose the timeframe you want to view.Change the date range in the schedule in Shifts. ​​​​​​​You can also use the arrows to change the timeframe​​​​​​.​​​​​​

    • Use the Day, Week, or Month buttons to quickly narrow or expand your view.

  2. Select a shift to see its details. If you’re viewing one of your own shifts, you can swap it or offer it to a teammate. ​​​​​​​
