In Microsoft Teams (free), you can switch your views during a video call. 

To switch views during a video call, you can:

  1. Select More actions More options button

  2. Then select either Meeting views  Gallery view button or Views  Gallery view button.

  3. Select the option you'd like:

    • Gallery  Gallery view button view- This is the default view when joining a meeting on desktop or mobile.

  4. You can change your view at any time during the video call.

To switch views during a video call, you can:

  1. Select Change view Gallery view button.

  2. Select a view from these options:

    • Gallery  Gallery view button- This is the default view when joining a meeting on desktop or mobile.

    • Speaker Teams speaker button This view will track the current active speaker in the meeting. 

    • Together mode  Together mode button- This layout gives your call the feel of everyone working together in a virtual space. Together mode is available when there are at least five people in the meeting. 

    • Large gallery Large gallery view button view- This will show up to 49 participants, in a 7x7 arrangement. This option is available when at least ten people have their cameras turned on. 

    • Focus on content Teams focus on content button This is where you can focus on the content when the presenter is sharing their screen.
