Windows troubleshooters
Get Help has troubleshooters you can run for many common scenarios. These often help resolve issues without the need to contact support. If a troubleshooter is available for your issue, select Run to start that troubleshooter.
Windows troubleshooters
Get Help has troubleshooters, or diagnostic tests, that can check your system configuration for anything that might be causing issues using your devices.
Here's a few of the more common ones. Select any headline, and it will open to display more info:
Use the audio troubleshooter if you experience issues with sound on your computer.

Open the Get Help app.

In the Search bar, enter audio troubleshooter .

If asked to consent to proceed with diagnostics, select Yes .

Allow a few moments for the scan to complete.

Follow prompts or steps until issues are resolved.
Use the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) troubleshooter to help fix issues with the BITS service

Open the Get Help app.

In the Search bar, enter Windows BITS troubleshooter.

Follow the steps provided.
Use the Bluetooth troubleshooter if you are having problems connecting to a Bluetooth device.

Open the Get Help app.

In the Search bar, enter Bluetooth.

Follow the steps provided.
Use the camera troubleshooter if you have issues with your device's camera.

Open the Get Help app.

In the Search bar, enter camera troubleshooter.

Follow the steps provided.
Use the network and internet troubleshooter if you are having difficulty connecting to the internet or other network.

Open the Get Help app.

Select Launch the network troubleshooter.

Complete any troubleshooting steps provided until you can connect successfully.
Use the printer troubleshooter to resolve issue connecting to a printer or other printing issues.

Open the Get Help app.

In the Search bar, enter printer troubleshooter.

Follow the prompts to scan for printers and troubleshoot your configuration.
Use the Program compatibility troubleshooter if you experience program compatibility issues.

Open the Get Help app.

In the Search bar, enter Windows Program Compatibility troubleshooter.

Follow the steps provided.
Use the Video playback troubleshooter to help diagnose videos that are not playing correctly.
