Customize the Appearance in Microsoft Teams (free)

1. Select  More .

2. Select Settings .

3. Select Appearance .

4. Select Light,Dark, or System Default.

5. Select Restart. When Microsoft Teams (free) restarts, your theme will be changed.

2. Select Settings .

3. Select Appearance .

4. Select either Light or Dark.

5. Select Close app. When you open it again, your theme will be changed.
