Use Schedule view in Microsoft Planner to organize your tasks on calendar. 

View and manage tasks

  1. Select Schedule.

    You can view by Week or Month.

  2. Select Week.

  3. Point to a date and select + to add a task.

Manage unscheduled tasks

  1. View tasks without start and due dates under Unscheduled tasks.

  2. Select Group by Bucket and then an option like Progress, to sort your unscheduled tasks.

  3. Drag an unscheduled task to the calendar to schedule it.

Note: You can sort the Unscheduled tasks list by BucketAssigned ToProgress, Due date, Labels, and Priority by using the Group by Bucket drop-down above the Unscheduled tasks list.

Remove a task's start date and due date

  • Drag the task from the calendar to Unscheduled tasks.

You can also view your schedule in Microsoft Teams or add your plan to Microsoft Outlook calendar.

Note: You can also remove a task from the calendar by opening the task and deleting the contents of the Start date and Due date fields.
