PowerPoint on the web allows you to work with anyone. Just send a link with permissions, and anyone with web access will be able to view and, if you want, edit the presentation.

  • Select Share The Share buttonto create and send links to your online doc.

  • Select Insert > New Comment to trigger the Comment pane open. Comments will be seen by anyone with permissions to view the doc.

  • When you comment and use the @-sign with someone's name, the person you mention receives mail with a link to your comment.

  • To view earlier versions of this doc--and even switch back to one--select File > Info > Version History.
