Set up a channel in Microsoft Teams to bring the people and resources you need all in one place. Store documents in the Files tab in Teams so team members can work together and coauthor policy changes in real time. Then add Project Online to a tab in Microsoft Teams to track the progress. Use chat and @mentions to follow up on tasks.

You can also use Project Online to measure and report on metrics. Knowing how your resources are being used can help you ensure you’re hitting the project on time and on budget. With many customizable reports from Excel Online, you can easily see how your resources are allocated across the team.
