Windows Server 2012 reached the end of support (EOS) on October 10, 2023. Extended Security Updates (ESUs) are available for purchase and will continue for three years, renewable on an annual basis, until the final date on October 13, 2026. Improvements
This cumulative security update contains improvements that are part of update KB5037778 (released May 14, 2024). This update also makes improvements for the following issues:

A memory leak might occur in the Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) during a Local Security Authority remote procedure call (LSARPC).

The Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) might crash after the April 9, 2024 security update (KB5036969) is installed.
