This security update includes improvements and fixes that were a part of update KB3197878 (released November 15, 2016), and also resolves the following vulnerabilities in Windows:

• Security updates to the common log file system driver, Windows OS, kernel-mode driver, Microsoft Uniscribe, Internet Explorer, and the Microsoft Graphics Component.
