If you're having connection problems with your Windows 365 Cloud PC, try the following:
Check your Cloud PC connection
Inspecting the connection checks if your Cloud PC is ready to connect, if Windows 365 is working properly, and will try to resolve any issues detected. Your Cloud PC will be unavailable while it’s checking the connection.

Under Your Cloud PCs, select Inspect connection at the top right of the Cloud PC you’d like to inspect. A pop-up will appear.

Check the box next to Yes, I want to inspect the connection for this Cloud PC, then select Inspect connection.

Once your Cloud PC has finished inspecting the connection, you'll see one of the following:

Fixed connection issues for [Name’s] Cloud PC highlighted in green - your Cloud PC will display Ready to connect at the top left.

No connection issues found for [Name’s] Cloud PC highlighted in green - your Cloud PC will display Ready to connect at the top left.

Couldn’t fix connection issues found for [Name’s] Cloud PC highlighted in red - use further get help resources to troubleshoot.
