Sign in to Microsoft 365 online.

Search Amplify or open your app launcher and choose Explore all your Apps.

Campaigns
A campaign is a set of communication materials (publications) that support a goal. Your team can work together on a campaign to get your message out effectively. You could create a campaign to:
- Raise awareness for a charity event
- Announce and prepare for a product launch
- Encourage enrollment in an employee learning event
- And many more scenarios

Publications
Publications are all of the emails, SharePoint news posts, and Teams posts that support a campaign. Because campaigns are collaborative, you can work together with your team to create, publish, and approve publications.
Try a pre-built campaign
Viva Amplify includes two pre-built campaigns that you can customize and publish to your organization. The currently available pre-built campaigns include the Copilot Deployment Kit campaign and the Viva for AI Transformation campaign. The Copilot Deployment Kit, includes eight publications that share information about how to use Microsoft 365 Copilot. The Viva for AI Transformation campaign includes ten pre-drafted publications that leaders can leverage to communicate, upskill, and measure their organization’s AI transformation. Both of these campaigns also include a pre-drafted campaign brief with objectives and key messages.
Access the Copilot deployment kit campaign or the Viva for AI Transformation campaign from the Campaigns tab in Viva Amplify.
Note: The pre-built campaigns only include the main draft for publications. You can customize the publications for different distribution channels depending on your organization’s needs.
