Share a file to multiple channels in Microsoft Teams
If you want to share a single file to multiple locations in Teams without uploading a copy every time, get a link to the file and share that instead.
Share a file from OneDrive

Select the OneDrive
app on the left side of Teams and go to My files . -
Hover over the file you want to share and select More actions
> Share . -
Add people and an optional message.

Select Send
.
Share to a channel
To share a file to a channel:

Select Teams
in Teams. -
Select the channel you want to upload a file to.

Select the Posts tab.

Find the post you want to share a file to.

Beneath the post, select Reply > More actions and apps
> Attach file . -
Find and select a file.

Select Send
.
Note: Teams posts your link to the channel, including the name of the team and channel where the file is stored.
In the Files or Shared tab of a chat or channel, tap More options
