Use Microsoft 365 web apps

Think of the Microsoft365.com home page as your start screen for online productivity. Microsoft 365 apps are great for working online and from anywhere, but you can also move seamlessly to the full-featured desktop apps--without leaving your document.

Easily switch among apps and services by selecting the app launcher The app launcher icon in Office 365 from the upper left-corner of the page and click an app icon to:

  • Create and share Microsoft 365 documents (Word for the web, Excel for the web, PowerPoint for the web, or OneNote for the web)

  • Store, open, and share online files (OneDrive)

  • Send and receive email (Outlook.com)

  • Maintain an online calendar (Calendar)

  • Manage your contacts list (People)

The Office app launcher

At Microsoft Create you'll find lots of free templates so you don't need to start from scratch every time you create a flyer, calendar, budget, invoice, school project, photo album, or many other kinds of documents.

Microsoft 365 for the web runs in your web browser so there's nothing to download or install, but if you have a desktop license for Microsoft 365, you can also open and continue working on online documents saved to your OneDrive using the apps installed on your computer. Launch your apps directly in your browser

Microsoft Edge has a built-in Microsoft 365 app launcher easily accessible from your new tab page.
