Get Help has troubleshooters for Copilot you can run for many common scenarios. These often help resolve issues without the need to contact support. If a troubleshooter is available for your issue, select Start to run that troubleshooter.

Available Copilot troubleshooters

Use the Copilot license troubleshooter if you believe you have a Copilot license but cannot see the Copilot icon in your eligible Microsoft 365 applications.

  1. Start the Get Help app.

  2. In the Search bar, enterĀ Copilot License Troubleshooter.

  3. Follow the steps provided.

Use the Copilot connectivity troubleshooter when you are having difficulty connecting to Copilot. This will check for firewall rules or other blockers to your connection.

After you run any troubleshooter, Get Help provides details on any findings and suggestions for possible remedies. If one of these resolves your problem, close the app and continue working.
