Microsoft 365 Copilot in Viva Amplify makes it easy to author content in Viva Amplify publications. Copilot can help you rewrite text, change the tone, condense, and elaborate in the rich text editor. Copilot in Viva Amplify is available in any of the rich text editor experiences in Viva Amplify, including the Text web part in the publication authoring canvas and the campaign brief.
No. Copilot in Viva Amplify does not have access to your documents or Microsoft Graph data such as emails, chats, or calendars. When you rewrite with Copilot in Viva Amplify rich text editor, only the text in the editor is considered.
No. Copilot in Viva Amplify does not save your previously edited texts.
No. Copilot in Viva Amplify helps you rewrite and edit text in the editor.

Viva Amplify is available in 51 languages. However, Copilot supports a smaller, growing set of languages. The quality of Copilot-suggested content is expected to be highest in English, while in other languages the quality is being improved over time.

The suggestions from Copilot in Viva Amplify are from AI, and we highly recommend you review the suggestions before accepting them.

Viva Amplify rich text editor has a high word limit (around 30,000 words in English), but Copilot currently has a lower word processing limit. Although this limit is increasing, we recommend keeping the total word count in each rich text editor to less than 3,000 words. For more information about processing longer files, visit the guide on the length of documents that you provide to Copilot.
