Update your profile in Microsoft Teams (free)

To update your profile:

1. Tap your profile picture, then tap Settings .

2. Tap Profile .

3. Tap Edit image to:

   • Open photo library.Choose from your existing photos.

   • Camera. Take a new profile photo. You will be asked to allow access to your camera.

   • View photo. View the current profile photo you've set.

   • Remove photo. Remove your current profile photo.

4. Tap the Pencil  button to update your account name.

5. Review the communities you're a member of by checking under Your communities.

To update your profile:

1. Tap your profile picture or More , then tap Settings .

2. Tap Profile .

3. Tap Edit to:

   • Take photo. Take a new profile photo. You may be asked to allow access to your camera.

   • Choose existing photo. You will be taken to your camera roll to choose a photo.

   • View photo. View the current profile photo you have set.

   • Remove photo. Remove your current profile photo.

   • Edit name. Update your account name.

4. Review the communities you're a member of by checking under Your communities.

To update your profile picture:

1. Select your profile picture towards the top.

2. Select your profile picture again. From there you can:

   • Upload picture. You will be taken to your saved files to choose a photo.

   • Remove picture. Remove your current profile photo.

To update your account name:

1. Select your profile picture toward the top.

2. Select your current display name.

3. Select Edit name.

4. Update your account name, then select Save.

To manage your account:

1. Select Settings and more near your profile picture.

2. Select Settings .

3. Select Accounts and orgs , then select the Manage ​​​​​​​button, where it will take you to your Microsoft account page.

To add LinkedIn to your profile: 

1. Select your profile picture.

2. Select your current display name to View your profile.

3. Choose the LinkedIn tab.
   
   

4. Select Yes, let’s go to start the process.

5. Choose if you want to Sign-in to a Microsoft account or Sign in another way.

6. After signing in, it will ask permissions to your LinkedIn account by choosing Continue to LinkedIn or X to cancel.

7. Select Accept to link your LinkedIn account and Microsoft accounts or select Cancel​​​​​​​.

8. Sign in to your LinkedIn account.

9. The LinkedIn tab will update. When this tab is selected, it'll show your LinkedIn profile picture, name, job title, location, and number of connections.
