Share your Microsoft 365 Family subscription
Microsoft 365 Family subscribers can share subscription benefits with up to five other people in their family group by sending an email or copying & sharing a link.
Important:
-
Sharing is only possible if the invitee joins the subscription owners' family group.
-
Once the invitee has joined the family group, then the subscription owner can share the Microsoft 365 Family benefits. If the invitee is already in another family group, they will need to leave it to join the subscription owners' family group.
-
Do not share your Microsoft 365 Family product key. Product keys cannot be used for sharing your subscription, please use the steps below to send an email or link to each person you want to share with.
