Create a presentation from existing files

You've written your project plan but now need to present it to stakeholders for approval. With Microsoft 365 Copilot, there's no need to create the presentation from scratch. All it takes is PowerPoint and your project plan, and you'll have a first draft, complete with images and speaker notes, in no time. 

Here's how

1. Create a new presentation in PowerPoint or open an existing one to use its theme.

2. Select Home > Copilot.

3. Select Create a presentation from [File].

4. Select the file you want to use or start typing to search.

5. Select Send , and Copilot will draft a presentation for you.

6. Edit the presentation to suit your needs. You can even ask Copilot to add more slides!
