Loop mobile FAQ
A web and mobile experience designed for co-creation, the Microsoft Loop app brings your team and its ideas together in one place. The Loop app is made up of workspaces and pages:

A workspace is a shared space in which you and your team can view and collaborate on everything that's important to your project.

A page is a flexible canvas on which you can bring together people and all your components, links, tasks, and data.
Yes; the Loop app now supports both personal and work/school accounts.
Please make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi. If the problem persists, please try quitting and restarting, or updating the app.
You administrator may have restricted access to this feature due to organization policy.
We are aware of this issue and are working to fix it. Meanwhile, please try signing out and signing back in.
The Loop app is fully supported in English (US). It is also partially supported in other languages. For now, some features are available only in EN-US. These include Copilot, the Getting Started workspace, Templates, and the Templates Gallery. To learn more, see Supported languages for Microsoft Copilot.

Loop is supported on web, iOS (iPhone and iPad), and Android.
We know your needs are different while you're on the go. We’re continually working on adding functionality to the Loop app mobile versions. For both Android and iOS, certain actions cannot yet be performed on the Loop mobile app and are best performed on the web app. These include:

Rearranging workspace pages or links

Searching within page

Modifying page emojis and cover images

Seeing a component's shared locations
