If after setting up Outlook you run into trouble sending or receiving email, the cause could be a licensing issue, a profile problem, the wrong version of Outlook, or a mixture of other issues.

Fortunately, there are several Microsoft Outlook troubleshooters that can be used to try and fix the problem.

Note: These Outlook troubleshooters are not applicable to new Outlook for Windows. Check to see if the new Outlook toggle is turned on or off. If it's on, please go to Troubleshooting Outlook issues.

As a first step, go to the Classic Outlook troubleshooters page and select one of the troubleshooters listed.

If that doesn't work, contact support for assistance.
