Like most modern software, OneNote for Mac is frequently updated to add new functionality and to improve existing features. Whenever this happens, a list of new and improved features is provided, so you’ll know right away what changes to look for.
To view what’s new in your current version of OneNote, do the following:

On the top menu bar, click Help > What’s New.
Tip: To keep OneNote for Mac up to date, you can set it up to automatically check for updates.
