The baseline budget cost fields (Baseline1 Budget Cost through Baseline10 Budget Cost) store the originally planned budget cost amounts for cost resources that are specifically identified as budget resources. The Baseline1 Budget Cost field stores budget cost for tasks, resources, or assignments saved with Baseline 1. Similarly, the Baseline2 Budget Cost through Baseline10 Budget Cost fields store planned budget cost for Baselines 2 through Baseline 10.
Budget resources are assigned only to the project summary task. Budget cost can be entered or reviewed at the project summary task's assignment level, or rolled up to the project summary task level. The Baseline1-10 Budget Cost fields show the total planned person-hours scheduled for a task, resource, or assignment. The timephased versions of these fields show these same person-hours distributed over time.
