Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams on Apple Vision Pro are the familiar Microsoft 365 apps you use every day, optimized for the revolutionary capabilities of spatial computing. You can read through a document in Word, practice a presentation in PowerPoint, visualize your data in Excel, and collaborate with colleagues, all while staying immersed in your surroundings. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams on Apple Vision Pro help you stay productive, no matter where you are.
Overview
Your Apple Vision Pro supports many of the features that are available on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Loop, OneNote, and Teams for iPad. These include:

Creating and editing documents, presentations and spreadsheets.

Sharing, co-authoring, and real-time collaboration.

Using Microsoft Copilot to create, edit, and chat (requires a Copilot Pro or Copilot for Microsoft 365 license).

Joining and hosting meetings or chatting with friends, family, and colleagues. See Use Microsoft Teams on Apple Vision Pro.
You can go hands free or use a keyboard and mouse with your Microsoft 365 apps on Apple Vision Pro. If using a keyboard and mouse, just pair them with Bluetooth.

Download and install M365 apps on Apple Vision Pro
To download and install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams onto your Apple Vision Pro, follow these steps:

Make sure you have a Microsoft 365 personal, business, or education subscription.

From your Apple Vision Pro, go to the App Store and search for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Teams.

Tap Get.

Enter your Apple ID and password, if prompted, to start the download.

Once the app is installed, tap to launch it.

Sign in with your Microsoft personal, work, or school account.
To update your Microsoft 365 apps, return to the App Store and follow these steps.
Tip: Enable automatic updates from Settings > App Store. Under App Updates, slide the Automatic Downloads toggle to On.
What type of accounts are supported?
You can use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams on your Apple Vision Pro device with:

A Microsoft 365 personal subscription, such as Microsoft 365 Home or Family, and a Microsoft account.

A Microsoft 365 business or education subscription, such as Microsoft 365 or Office 365.
Note: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams for Apple Vision Pro support only personal accounts and work accounts that are not managed by your organization. If your work account is managed by your organization, you will be unable to sign in.
Features currently not supported
Some Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams features are currently not available on Apple Vision Pro.

Two-factor authentication (Microsoft Authenticator is not currently available for the Apple Vision Pro. We're working on it, though, so check back for updates soon.)
