Begin an update
When new updates are available for Class Notebook, an Update button will appear in the Class Notebook tab in OneNote. If you see this, select Update and follow the steps.
If you're using OneNote 2016, check to see if you need to update your app.
Check your version
If you’re not sure you’re running the latest version of Class Notebook:

Select Help and Feedback in the Class Notebook tab.

Select About Class Notebook Add-in. In the dialog box, check the version.

Compare your version number to the Current Release listed in the Class Notebook add-in for OneNote instructions.
If you’re not running the latest version or you don’t see About Class Notebook Add-in, close OneNote and then open it again. When it restarts, OneNote will refresh with the Update option for Class Notebook.
