Note: If you're using Visio for the web, be aware that AWS diagrams are available in Visio Plan 1, but are not available in Visio in Microsoft 365.
Open an AWS diagram template

Select New > Templates > Network > AWS Diagrams.

When you already have a diagram open in Visio, you can also find AWS stencils on the Shapes panel by selecting More Shapes > Network.
