It takes a long time to start or shut down your PC.

It takes longer than it used to for your PC to do common tasks. For example, it might take more time to open apps or to run multiple apps at the same time.

Your PC is low on storage space.

In Task Manager, you consistently see high usage of CPU, Memory, or Disk.
