Follow these steps to pin a list of your open OneNote Class Notebooks and any other open notebooks you own or share in OneNote 2016 or 2013. This list view will be visible whenever you open OneNote 2016 or 2013.

Open OneNote 2016 or 2013.

Select the name of your current notebook.

Select Pin Notebook Pane to Side
OneNote will highlight your current open notebook in blue. Select the arrow next to each notebook name to expand and collapse a list of its sections. Select a section or notebook name to navigate there.
