Note: The screenshots in this tutorial are from Clipchamp for personal accounts. Some text options shown in the screenshots are not available at this stage in Clipchamp for work. Development is underway for both the personal and work versions of Clipchamp to align available options over time.
How to add text and titles to video

Click on the text tab on the toolbar to browse and preview all text and title options.

Click on the add to timeline button or drag and drop the text onto the timeline above your video and all other assets.

Click on the text tab on the property panel and select the text field to change the content of your text asset.

Adjust the text settings inside the text tab including font, size, alignment, color, and background color (available for some text options).
How to edit the duration of text on the timeline

Click on the text asset on the timeline so it's highlighted.

Drag the handle bars to the left to make the text asset run shorter and drag to the right to make it run longer.
How to remove text from a video

Right-click on the text asset on the timeline.

Click on the delete button in the floating toolbar.

Alternatively, click on the text asset on the timeline then press delete on your keyboard.

You can also use the redo and undo buttons to cancel or repeat an edit.
How to replace text on the timeline

Click on the text tab on the toolbar to access the title options again.

Drag and drop another text option over the top of your existing asset on the timeline to instantly replace it.

Customize the text again using the text tab on the property panel.
