Embedded images in Rich Text formatted emails or fields are being blanked out or misaligned

ISSUE

After updating to Version 2010 (Build 13328.20292) and higher you may see the following symptoms:

• Embedding images in Rich Text formatted emails appear blanked out in emails that you send.  You will be able to confirm this by reviewing the emails in the Sent Items folder.

• Images that you add in the Contact Notes field may appear blanked out or appear misaligned.

• Images that you add in the Tasks field may appear blanked out or appear misaligned.

These are the main scenarios we have seen reported.  The issue can happen for any field that is Rich Text.

STATUS: FIXED
