Synchronization of your files helps you work with greater efficiency.
Watch this video to learn what syncing means.
File synchronization makes you more productive
Synchronization makes sure any changes to a file on the desktop or in the cloud service are reconciled so that each copy of the file reflects your latest changes. When you set up synchronization between a cloud service and a desktop device, behind the scenes, the OneDrive app runs on your desktop and automatically keeps your files in sync. Most importantly, you can access and manage the files on your desktop, even when you are offline.
You can sync the files in your OneDrive or site libraries so they’re always available on your computer, even if you’re offline.
Once they’re synced, you can add, edit, or remove files from your computer, and your changes sync automatically.
