Use To Do for Windows 10 with your keyboard and a screen reader to integrate To Do with Cortana. We have tested it with Narrator and JAWS, but it might work with other screen readers as long as they follow common accessibility standards and techniques. Just add your Outlook or Microsoft 365 account as a connected service to Cortana and use Cortana to add reminders and tasks to your lists in To Do.

Add an Outlook account in Cortana

To open the Cortana window, press the Windows logo key+T, press Shift+Tab until you hear "Talk to Cortana," and then press Enter.

Press the Tab key until you hear: "Home."

Press the Down arrow key until you hear "Notebook," and then press Enter. You hear: "Cortana notebook pane."

Press the Tab key until you hear "Manage skills," and then press Enter.

Press the Tab key until you hear "Connected services," and then press Enter.

Press the Tab key until you hear the account type you want to add, and then press Enter. For a personal Microsoft account, select Outlook. For an enterprise account, select Microsoft 365.
