The Accessibility ribbon tab brings together in one place all the tools you need to make your PowerPoint presentation accessible to people with disabilities. One in five people have a disability and 70% of disabilities are non-apparent, so to reach everyone with your presentation, make it accessible.
The Accessibility ribbon tab appears when you open the Accessibility Checker, Alt Text, or Reading Order pane. The ribbon contains a number of sections that let you perform common accessibility tasks:
-
Make your presentation easier for people to see and understand using the Color & Contrast section.
-
Make your presentation work with a screen reader using the Screen Reader section.
-
Add captions and subtitles to your presentation using the Captions & Subtitles section.
