Register your Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset and start a new repair order.

Select the replacement accessories you need, and then create the order. If the accessory you need isn't listed, contact us.
Pair your replacement Microsoft USB Link with your Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset
After you receive your replacement Microsoft USB Link, you’ll need to pair it with your Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset by using the Microsoft Accessory Center app. If you don't have the app, you can download the Microsoft Accessory Center app from the Microsoft Store.
On your Windows 11 PC

Plug the replacement Microsoft USB Link into the USB port on your Windows 11 PC.

On your Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset, slide the Power button on.

Select the Start button, then select Microsoft Accessory Center in the app list.

On the Select a connected device screen, select USB Link.

Select Paired device > Add a Microsoft Bluetooth audio device.

Press and hold the Pairing button on your Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset for 5 seconds, until you hear your device is ready to pair.

Select Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset in the list of devices.
On your headset, you’ll hear that your device is connected. -
On the Your device is ready to go screen, select Close.
Your Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset will appear on the home screen in the Microsoft Accessory Center app.
