Windows usually finds devices automatically when they're turned on or plugged. If the device isn't found automatically, follow these steps:

  1. On the Windows device, right-click on the Start menu and then select Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices . Or Select the following Devices shortcut:Devices

  2. In the Bluetooth & devices > Devices window that opens, select the Add device button.

  3. When the Add a device window opens, follow the instructions.

Support for Windows 10 will end in October 2025

After October 14, 2025, Microsoft will no longer provide free software updates from Windows Update, technical assistance, or security fixes for Windows 10. Your PC will still work, but we recommend moving to Windows 11.
