Contacts Sync
Link to Windows now provides a new feature to allow you to sync your contacts from your Android devices to Teams for Life by enabling Contact Sync. Sync your contacts from your Android phone to your personal Microsoft account and find them with ease when you are using other Microsoft applications and services.

You will need to enable this feature on your Android device by turning on Sync Contacts in Link to Windows applications under Settings.

You can disable this feature anytime by going to Link to Windows > Settings > toggle off Sync Contacts.
Create, view, and edit contacts and contact lists in Outlook.com
Please refer to Create, view, and edit contacts and contact lists in Outlook.com for instructions.
Delete your contacts from Teams
Please refer to Export or delete your Teams (free) data for instructions.
Note: This feature is not available in Mainland China.
Use your mobile apps right on your PC
Apps now lets you view and interact with your Android apps right on your PC. Look over a take-out menu at the same time you're texting with someone about dinner plans, and do it on a large screen and with your keyboard and mouse available.
You can add your Android apps as favorites on your PC, pin them to your Start menu and taskbar, and open them in separate windows to use side-by-side with apps on your PC. Learn more about using your Android apps on your PC.
Let emailing yourself be a thing of the past. Just drag and drop.
You can now transfer files or images between your Android device and PC by dragging them from one device to the other. Start by opening phone screen in the Phone Link , then just drag your desired files between your devices. There are a few exceptions, so learn more about file drag and drop here.
File drag-and-drop is available for select Samsung and OPPO devices with Phone screen eligibility. Learn more about setting up and using phone screen here.
Copy here, paste there
You don't have to email that vacation picture to yourself to transfer it between devices. Just copy from your Android device and paste on your PC (or vice versa). Use your normal shortcut keys: just select some text or a picture, copy it, switch devices, and paste.
To turn on this feature, open the Phone Link and go to Settings > Cross-device copy and paste. Make sure the toggle is On for Allow this app to access and transfer content I copy and paste between my phone and PC.
This feature works on the Surface Duo and select Samsung and OPPO devices. If you don't have a Samsung device that supports this, you can still share images from your phone to your PC by using the Photos tab in the Phone Link . Learn more
View and interact with your most recent 2,000 photos
We take a lot of photos on our smartphones. We heard our avid Phone Link users when you when you said you wanted the ability to access more than 25 of your recent photos. You can now view and interact with your most recent 2,000 photos from your Android device’s camera roll on your PC.
To do this, open the Phone Link , go to Settings > Features, and under Photos, turn on the toggle for Allow this app to show photos from my phone.
Make and receive calls right on your PC
No need to dig for your Android device to answer personal or work calls. Stay connected by answering your calls right on your PC, and use your PC speakers, microphone, and larger screen for a richer calling experience.
To set this up, open thePhone Link , go to Calls, and follow the setup instructions. You'll need to be running Windows 10 version 1903 or later on your PC, and have Android 7.0 or later on your phone.
