Improvements and fixes

This non-security update includes quality improvements. Key changes include: 

  • Improves the PowerShell cmdlets used by the Automatic VM Activation (AVMA) UI within the Windows Admin Center.

  • Addresses an issue with modules for AVMA PowerShell commands.

  • Addresses an issue that puts a cluster in an unregistered state when it receives “resource not found” errors from Azure for two consecutive days.
