Change the font

Select the text you want to change.

In the drop-down menu, select the font you want.
Change the font size

Select the text you want to change.

Select Font Size.

In the drop-down menu, select the size you want.
Or, type the size you want in the Font Size box. You can also use the Increase Font Size and Decrease Font Size buttons.
Change the look of fonts

Select an option: Bold, Italics, Underline, Font Color, and Text Highlight Color.
Note: Depending on the app, you might see other options, such as Text Effects and Typography in Word or Text Shadow in PowerPoint.
