When you print your calendar in Outlook, you can select the current day, week, or calendar month, or enter a custom date range. You can only print appointments and meetings from one calendar at a time.

Important: Due to the number of different printers available today, we are unable to provide troubleshooting information for specific printers. See the printer manufacturer's website for technical assistance.

  1. In Calendar, click File > Print.

  2. Under Settings, click the print style you want. As you click print styles, the preview window changes to match the style.

To print the complete details of appointments and meetings, click Weekly Agenda Style or Calendar Details Style.

  3. To set other print options, such as the paper orientation or the fonts used, click Print Options.

To print the full title of appointments and meetings, select Weekly Agenda Style. To print the full details of every appointment, including Skype links and text included in the appointment or meeting body, select Calendar Details Style.

  4. If you want to print a different calendar than the one shown in the preview area click Print Options. Under Print this calendar, use the drop-down to select which calendar you want to print. You can also use this dialog box to change the print style and set options specific to your printer.

  5. Use the Print Options button and dialog box from Step 4 to select a custom date range, specific pages to print, or the number of copies.

  6. To turn off printing of private appointment details, check the Hide Details of private appointments check box.

  7. Click Print.

Important: Because there are many different printers, we can’t troubleshoot issues with your printer. For troubleshooting information, see the manufacturer's manual or website.
