ISSUE

When opening calendar events in a Room mailbox from Scheduling Assistant, you may receive an error "Sorry, we're having trouble opening this item. This could be temporary, but if you see it again you might want to restart Outlook."

STATUS: INVESTIGATING

The Outlook Team is investigating this issue and will update when this issue is resolved.

 

WORKAROUND

Please use Outlook on the Web to open calendar events.
