This non-security update includes improvements and fixes that were a part of KB4457129 (released September 11, 2018) and also includes these new quality improvements as a preview of the next Monthly Rollup update:

Addresses an issue with evaluating the compatibility status of the Windows ecosystem to help ensure application and device compatibility for all updates to Windows.

Addresses an issue with the diagnostic pipeline for devices enrolled in Windows Analytics when the CommercialID registry key, "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\DataCollection" is present.

Addresses an issue in which all Guest Virtual Machines running Unicast NLB fail to respond to NLB requests after the Virtual Machines restart.

Addresses an issue that prevents a DirSync client from completing synchronization when using a search filter that contains a linked attribute, such as “memberOf=CN=Group1,OU=Accounts,DC=Contoso,DC=Com”.

Addresses an issue that may cause the clussvc.exe service to stop working and generate events with ID 1146 when under a heavy workload.
