Excel lets you to print all or part of a worksheet or workbook, with just the information you need. It's all about how you prepare your file. By setting things up before you're ready to print, you can control what is printed.

Print only part of a worksheet |
A print area is one or more ranges of cells that you designate to print when you don't want to print the entire worksheet. If you print a specific selection on a worksheet frequently, you can define a print area that includes just that selection. See Change or clear a print area on a worksheet |
Print a worksheet or workbook |
You can print entire or partial worksheets and workbooks, one at a time, or several at once. And if the data that you want to print is in a Microsoft Excel table, you can print just the Excel table. You can also print to a file instead to a printer. See Print a worksheet or workbook |
