Depending on which Office 365 release program your organization is part of, your search experience might be different from what is described in the search help articles. Most organizations are part of the Standard release program, but some have also opted in to the Targeted release program to get updates to search and other services as soon as the updates become available. Certain updates may also be introduced gradually to users within your organization.
If your search experience is different from what's described in the search help articles, chances are that the new features are coming to your organization soon.
