Important: The Payments app will be retired on November 30th. Thank you for participating in the app preview. We'll use what we learned from the app preview to inform future payments offerings in Teams. Please make sure that you disconnect the app from your payment providers before this date.

Note: The Payments app is only supported for businesses registered in the United States and Canada at this time.

There is no built-in function to request refunds for in-meeting payments at this time. Still, customers may ask you for refunds. Here’s what to do:

1. Open Payments

2. Go to Your services.

3. Find the service used for the transaction you want to refund. Select Open.

4. Sign in to the service and process the refund from there.  

Note: Refunds are processed by each service, not Microsoft. Please contact the service directly if you have any questions about your account.
