You can quickly embed online videos onto a whiteboard. When a supported URL is pasted and detected as a video, it will show the video on the canvas. You can interact with the video to do things such as play and pause it.
When a video is played it will only play on the canvas of the person who plays it, not all participants.
You can embed an online video onto the Whiteboard by:
Option 1:
-
Copy the link of your online video.
-
Paste the link onto a whiteboard by using keyboard shortcuts (ctrl + v on Windows) or secondary click menu (right click on a mouse).
-
Your video is now inserted onto the whiteboard canvas and can be played directly.
Option 2:
-
Click on the “Videos” button on Create Panel.
-
Paste or type the video link into the address bar that pops up.
-
View the preview to ensure the right video is showing and click the “Insert” button.
-
Your video is now inserted onto the whiteboard canvas and can be played directly.
