What happens when I turn on the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle?
When you turn on the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle the following things happen.

A schedule for Certain Hours or All Day is set to mute notifications across Teams and Outlook mobile apps where you are signed in with the same account, on all your mobile devices (including tablets).

The first time you turn on the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle, you receive the following notification to set your choices across your mobile devices.

A Quiet Time schedule previously set up for Certain Hours or All Day on a different device, under the same account, is replaced with the new schedule you set when you select Set.
Tip: When you turn on the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle, your quiet time schedule is sent to Viva Insights where you can see your schedule and read weekly and monthly summaries of your quiet days and hours.
What if I want to stop muting notifications across my mobile devices?
When you want to stop muting notifications across your mobile devices, do the following.

Select the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle to turn it off.

Configure your quiet time schedule by Certain Hours or All Day. Changes you make, when the toggle is off, apply only to the current app on your device.
Notes:

Turning off the Set on Teams and Outlook in one app does not turn off this toggle in other apps.

If the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle was already ON by default, and you have not used Quiet Time on another app, the settings are not applied to any other app until you set up a Quiet Time schedule.
What happens when I edit my Certain Hours and All Day settings when the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle is on?

When the Set on Teams and Outlook is on, any changes you make to the Certain Hours and All Day settings are applied across apps that also have the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle on.
Note: In Apps where the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle is off are not affected by this change.
The first time you edit the Certain Hours and All Day options while the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle is on, this notification displays to confirm your action.
Why don't I see the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle?
If you don't see the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle, you are probably using Quiet Time on a personal/consumer account. This feature is only available on enterprise accounts.
Which apps and devices mute notifications when I set my quiet time schedule across apps?
When you turn on the Set on Teams and Outlook toggle, your Quiet Time schedule is only applied to Outlook and Teams apps on your Mobile devices for the same account. This includes Outlook and Teams apps on iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch, and Android devices.
Why do I still see push notifications from Outlook calendar come in during Quiet Time?
Outlook calendar notifications continue to show during quiet time so that you don’t miss important events. Outlook mail notifications, however, are muted during Quiet Time or DND.
