ISSUE
Some Windows 10 users may experience a crash or data loss when using Chinese Input Method Editors (IME) with Excel 2016.
STATUS: FIXED
This issue is fixed in the Windows 10 RS4 update or higher. To check for Windows 10 updates, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates. For more information on how to update Windows 10, go to this article: Update Windows 10.
