To apply sensitivity labels to your files and emails in Office 365:

  1. On the Home tab, select Sensitivity.

  2. Choose the sensitivity label that applies to your file or email.

Tip: Sensitivity labels are only available if you have an Office 365 Enterprise E3 or Office 365 Enterprise E5 license assigned. For more information, see Apply sensitivity labels to your files and email.

To apply sensitivity labels to your files and emails in Office 365 for Mac:

  1. On the Home tab, select Sensitivity.

  2. Choose the sensitivity label that applies to your file or email.

  1. When composing an email, select Sensitivity on the Message tab.

  2. Choose the sensitivity label that applies to your email.
